Confession: I love the pop-culture, fan-fic-driven Alice in Wonderland books that have been popping up lately.
Like, love love them. I own the Splintered Trilogy (and recommend it to everyone I meet), and I just can't get enough of the Alice paraphernalia.
But.
It's very hard to find good jewelry that reflects this particular love. And I know I'm not alone out there! So I've rounded up the top 10 pieces of handmade Alice in Wonderland jewelry on Etsy. Check them out, then come for tea!
1. Do You Suppose She's A Wildflower? bracelet, by EnchantedEngravables

This Alice in Wonderland bracelet is one of my favorite finds.
It's sweet, and therefore perfect for a little girl to wear. It's also a great reference to a hidden pop culture, and therefore a perfect accessory for a grown woman.
Also, the muted color scheme and classic silver bracelet design makes it totally acceptable for work. $22, $27 if you want a name engraved on the back.
2. Alice Charm Rings, by gildedingypsy

While I would not recommend wearing all of these rings at the same time, I love them for events, like a tea party or a con. They're creative, unique, and definitely flashy.
Again, not something I would recommend for work, but these rings are a definite find for the avid Alice fan! $14.50.
3. Drink Me Key Necklace, by twopennylane

I love this Drink Me necklace. So many of these "drink me" pieces of jewelry are not worth owning and wearing, but this one is perfect. While being a perfect homage to Alice, this necklace is also elegant and easy to match with your existing outfits.
It's totally suitable for work and play. $21.61.
4. Silver Mushroom Earrings, by luckymejewelry

Aren't these earrings cute? And cool? And awesome?!
Made of silver and beautifully oxidized on top, these mushrooms are beautifully detailed. They have a whimsical tilt to them, making them a perfect, understated, simple reference to Alice and Wonderland. $9.95-13.95, depending on earring hook choice.
5. Alice in Wonderland Rabbit coin, by TheCoinCutter

I have to be honest folks, I'm kinda torn on this one.
You can order this cut coin on either a keychain or a necklace, and I think I'd use it more on a keychain, rather than wearing it on a neckace. I love the concept, and the uniqueness, of this pendant: it's a cut coin! But I find the lack of detail/exactness in the shapes a bit disturbing.
Your choice team: what say you? $25.94 for the keychain, $28.82 for the necklace.
6. Curiouser and curiouser necklace, by starmekcreations

This necklace is a winner!
There are any number of pendants that have this phrase-"Curiouser and curiouser"-on them, but I chose this one for the style. The font is perfectly whimsical and proper (a great juxtopoxing font, really), the background is a lovely shade and texture (from an old book, almost), and the style of the pendant hearkens back to a pocketwatch time period, which is precisely what the Alice and Wonderland fandom calls for.
All in all, I'd wear this one anywhere. $12, also available in bronze (which, I must say, would only make this necklace better).
7. "As Lost as Alice, As Mad as the Hatter" bracelet, by StrangenessCharmsELJ

I want to buy this bracelet. SO much.
First of all, it has a perfect silver shine, which means it's appropriate for work and play. While people will stop to admire it, you won't get in trouble with administration for wearing this bracelet.
Second, the saying is totally original. There were no other pieces on Etsy with this saying, which is wild, because it's so awesome! "As Lost as Alice, as Made as the Hatter". Who wouldn't want this bracelet?
Third, the cost is totally reasonable: $21.63 for a hand stamped, original and wearable cuff bracelet.
8. Alice in Wonderland earrings, by PyewacketsPlace

Aren't these earrings cute?!
The Mad Hatter's hats are perfectly colored and shaped, and they're sure to get attention. Below them, the dangling silver March Hares are cute and adorable, so they're sure to get noticed too!
At $9.79, they're totally worth the investment.
9. Have I Gone Mad bracelet, by RogueFairyBoutique

I'm pretty sure for certain this is not the first piece I've picked by RogueFairyBoutique (in fact, I totally included one of her pieces in my first blog post), but I just couldn't resist this bracelet. It's stamped with a direct quote from the original Alice in Wonderland book:
"Have I gone mad? I'm afraid so. You're entirely bonkers. But I'll tell you a secret: all the best people are."
Guys, I'd wear this in a split-second. Anywhere. $21.63.
10. We're All Mad Here ring, by ShopTheCopperFox

I just had to include this ring. It's simple, the font is perfect, and the ring design and overall shaping is flawless. I love rings that break the mold (like the picks from the travel jewelry blog post), and this one is one that breaks the mold beautifully. $10, with various ring sizes available.
And that's the lot! I loved finding this pieces for ya'll, I can't wait to hear what you thought! Comment below: which one is your favorite?
